No Heels Please.

The Cannes Festival Film (yes the event where angels fall) has turned off women from red carpet for not wearing the heels. It is not medieval age news story but an accident of May 2015.Film Producer Valeria Richter, who has amputated left foot, was stopped by festival officers for wearing flat shoes.
