Thinking Thames with Mark Twain

Me:  Thinking of visiting Thames.
MT:  Why? thinking Thames?
Me:   I have to compile long hoarded poem,to which i wish
to title as"By river Thames I sat and wept"Thames
         has been my childhood favorite.
MT:  girl why go Thames for weeping, for past 10 months
there has been Thames itself in your eyes.
         Day and Night
just Thames flowing in your eyes.
Mewish to rhyme
        eyes flooded with Thames
        burning amidst  flames
lies were all the tall claims
this is the reason for inking
        rhymes so insane..
MT: Girl stop it!!its getting wackier, you are a
contemporary ink-smith ,don't give way to
       childlike rhymes.
Me: this pain is insane.Sir when i started writing poems
those were few lines ,full of rhymes.
but now there are full lines, with few rhymes.
MT: lets give it break.
Paulo coelho already wrote ' By the river prieda
i sat and wept.' don't go by his title.
Me: He just made them sat, they didn't cry the way i do.
MT: oh! you are the loudest weeper.
Me: and the solitary weeper.
MT: why don't you get tears -patent in you name .
Me:  that would be so tearful for others, they will tear
       me apart.
MT: Modesty..
Me: By the way did you cry this loud for something?
MT: No, baby,I was drunk enough!!
Me:Yes with exams on my head ,i too get drunk.Wish the
University took their innovation program seriously
than conducting exams after every six months.
MT:God made the idiot for practice and then he made
       the school board.
Me:your satire and wit drive me crazy man,
       unfortunately you already dead.
MT: Did you forget your Pulitzer dream??
Me:Pulitzer
Pull-It-Sir  for me,too lazy i am this time.
MT: then surely after six years you ll have Pulitzer
in your pocket.its the laziest who are flexible to
discover,hard-workers become too stiff to move the
        world.
Me:well, i have to go and compile,
By the river Thames I sat and wept
As if in my life, nothing is left!!
MT:I my age writing was sacred,i made it colored.
Me: these days its too sorry scenario, instead of counting
       blessings ,we count our 'likes'.
MT: All the best for The Thames and Tears.
Me: by the way roof terrace is not all bad to sit by and
        weep...Thames...wait little longer!!

Extraordinary caregivers

Photo: Chris Hinn "Several years into my practice as a physician at my own private clinic, my father was diagnosed with a chronic illness. I could not afford the treatment or the medicines. I had a hard time coping up with the rising cost. So, hoping that government subsidies will be able to help my situation, I applied to join the public health sector. The whole ordeal really made me reflect my role as a doctor, and the patients I should really be serving,” recalled Dr Rajesh Bhadoria.   Dr Rajesh is the officer in charge at the District Drug Warehouse (DDW) in Badi, Udaipur. He oversees the flag bearer DDW branch of Rajasthan’s free medicine scheme in the region. For the last five years, he and his team have been making sure that benefits of the free medicine scheme reach the people of Udaipur fully. The DDW is located about fifteen kilometers away from the main city of Udaipur, laced with vast and fresh water lakes of Fateh Sagar and Pichola along the way. ...

Nightingale got no prize at the poultry show

Einstien,Twain,Edison were born out of class, before the text proceeds , I would like to say here 'class' doesn’t mean the structure with four walls, one door, two windows, one teacher, books and the pack of chained students. Here class is the niche of brilliance, freedom, discovery, imagination and invention. I wish to have education system that forges humans with brain and not machines with grades. As a student .I always wondered, how one can go about saying two plus two equals to four? Without anyone questioning why? Just because our course book said so. Why in history "dates and events” were asked? When no one taught us the resemblance to the days which we live in. Why for learning anything new, we need old books instead of new ideas? Why make notes in class, when the brain is blank and ink in copy left no hammer on thinking? Why teachers ask us to learn by heart, while it is the mind that is required to do so.? Even Winston Churchill had a dig at his tea...

Boycott love arranged by Lord Shiva

Long queue of unmarried ,single women in front of Lord Shiva’s temple in the auspicious saawan month(as Hindus say).In North India especially in small towns, villages, b-grade metros it is a conviction that if you impress lord Shiva this season ,you will get the perfect partner(conviction so malign). Hindi TV news channels that otherwise just exist to give cheap entertainment, come to newer low in this season. Special astrology shows are manufactured to tell the ways how to impress lord Shiva. The so called gyan gurus create fear that if a woman remains unmarried what terrible situation it may create for her, family and society. They tell them to keep 16 Monday fast solah somwar and offer Shiva with milk, yoghurt, honey, bel patra etc. etc. I feel in order to get the partner for life all one needs is consent of two individuals who are ready to share roof, bodies, love and life. But welcome to the great nation ,here first you need to impress lord Shiva with so much endu...
